Job Description

• Manage and coordinate all clinic operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline clinic workflows and improve patient experience


• Oversee the financial management of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost‑control measures


• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high‑quality patient care and positive health outcomes


• Manage and develop a team of administrative and clinical staff, providing mentorship and training as needed


• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, medical partners, and other stakeholders


• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
