Job summary

WRN Health Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a results-driven leader to oversee Diagnostics and Laboratory management, drive key accounts with doctors, and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/DOH/PCO standards.

The role requires 3+ years in diagnostics and laboratory settings, 3 years in sales, strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Work location is in person.

Qualifications

• Diagnostics and Laboratory management experience.
• Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge with FDA/DOH/PCO.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create key accounts and build relationships with doctors.
• Develop SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance across agencies.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and equipment vendors.
• Lead and mentor team in diagnostics and sales efforts.
