Job summary

Vera. Dental Clinic in General Trias, Cavite seeks an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows, staff scheduling, and compliance with SOPs and healthcare regulations.

You will ensure efficient operations, maintain high service standards, and coordinate with the head office on policies and reporting. The role requires coordinating with doctors, specialists, and management, managing inventory and cash handling, and ensuring patient flow and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure adequate manpower.
• Coordinate with central/head office regarding policy updates, reporting, and resource requirements.
• Ensure clinic compliance with company SOPs, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the clinic facility and equipment.
• Manage inventory of dental and office supplies, ensuring timely requisition and availability.
• Supervise and support clinic staff including nurses, front desk personnel, and other medical support staff.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and regular coaching to maintain service standards and clinical excellence.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, recommendations, or disciplinary actions when needed.
• Promote teamwork and a professional working environment.
• Ensure that patients receive high-quality and timely service.
• Handle patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and adherence to consultation time slots.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., patient volume, sales, inventory usage).
• Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts for the clinic branch.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, diagnostic teams, and management for service delivery.
• Participate in regular meetings with management to report clinic performance and challenges.
• Act as the main point of contact between the branch and main office regarding operations and HR concerns.
• Perform other functions that may be designated by the immediate head.
• Willing to work at The Mhub 2nd Floor, Governor's Drive, General Trias, Cavite (VERA. Dental Clinic).
• Willing to undergo One (1) month training period with two weeks at VERA. Dental Clinic Head Office Santa Rosa, Laguna and last two weeks at Branch Assignment.
