Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the CAM NORTE Chemotherapy Center in Daet, Camarines Norte. This full-time role focuses on safe chemo administration, patient monitoring, and compassionate care for oncology patients.

Ideal candidates hold a PRC-licensed BSN with inpatient experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills, and reside in CAMARINES NORTE.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse (PRC License required).
• Graduation with BSN degree is required.
• Clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion and basic clinical procedures.
• Compassionate, patient-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must reside in CAMARINES NORTE.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
• Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
• Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
• Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.
