Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for our CALOOCAN Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role based in CALOOCAN will oversee all operational, administrative, and clinical aspects of the branch, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient business operations.

The position supports our growing healthcare network and a governance framework across the Guagua facility. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, compliance, and patient flow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Must reside in CONGRESSIONAL or be willing to relocate.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic or healthcare facility.
• Track record of managing clinic operations, staff, and finances with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of Philippine healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience across departments.
• Manage clinic staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and development.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, revenue generation, expenses, and profitability of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical standards, QA protocols, and policies.
• Implement and maintain clinical governance standards, patient safety, and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Develop and execute marketing and community engagement to increase patient acquisition.
• Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient metrics, and financial results for senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
