Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Must reside in Pasay City or willing to relocate.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic.
• Proven track record in clinic operations, staff and finances.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Solid understanding of Philippine healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient experience across all departments and services.
• Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and professional development, to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, expense control, and the branch's profitability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical standards, quality assurance protocols, and organizational policies.
• Implement and maintain clinical governance standards, patient safety protocols, and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance service delivery.
• Develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient metrics, and financial results for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
