Job summary

Maxicare Health Care seeks a Clinic Management Supervisor to lead the transition and establishment of standard clinic processes for newly acquired and existing corporate clinics. You will oversee nursing and administrative services, conduct site visits, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires BS Nursing with a valid PRC license and 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on leadership, organization, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic personnel and corporate clinics transactions.
• Visit clinics and recommend improvements in management and layout.
• Prepare on-site utilization reports for the Account.
• Review/approve LOAs for outpatient benefits per SBP/SOA.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report results.
• Collaborate with Wellness and UM teams on clinic initiatives.
• Prepare supplies checklist and purchase requests for replenishment.
• Ensure DOLE reporting compliance.
• Oversee billing accuracy from on-site providers.

Job description

We are looking for a Clinic Management Supervisor who will be responsible for the overall transition and establishment of standard clinic processes for newly acquired and existing corporate clinic accounts, including ocular meetings and inspections, requests for sourcing of clinic personnel, training, orientation, alignment of process, deployment of personnel and logistics, initial request of equipment, medicine and supplies, interdepartmental endorsement for billing, and clinic campaign. He / She will be accountable for ensuring organized nursing and administrative services at all corporate accounts clinics.

• Reviews and closely monitors transactions of the Clinic Personnel and corporate clinics assigned to them
• Conducts clinic visits and provides recommendations on improvement of its management and the physical layout of the clinics
• Collates data and coordinates with MHC UM in creating on-site utilization management reports of the corporate accounts submitted by the Clinic Personnel for presentation to the Account.
• Reviews, approves, or disapproves issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for Out-Patient availments based on Member’s benefits program and the Service Agreement or Summary of Benefits
• Conducts customer satisfaction surveys at the corporate accounts, collates data, analyzes, and submits results to the Immediate Superior
• Collaborates with the MHC Wellness and UM Team on clinic’ initiatives
• Reviews and prepares a checklist of supplies and other clinic requirements, and prepares purchase requests for replenishment.
• Monitors compliance of reports which are to be submitted to DOLE annually
• Monitors and checks the accuracy of the billing statement from the onsite phlebotomy provider and other onsite clinic-related billings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Nursing; must have valid PRC license
• With at least 2 - 4 years of Supervisory / Managerial experience in a clinical setting
• Must have outstanding leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
