• Experience handling metrics, customer concerns, and team performance.
• A "fix it, improve it, scale it" mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5-day work week).

About the role

You will be the operational captain of the clinic — ensuring that the entire front-of-house and back-end workflow runs smoothly.
