The role is ideal for senior nurses with leadership exposure, BPO team leads transitioning to healthcare, or operations supervisors with people-management experience. Rotational shifts and a 5-day week are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduated in a 4-year course; nursing/healthcare degree is a plus but not required.
• 3–4+ years in an operations-heavy role.
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong decision-making and day-to-day issue resolution skills.
• Experience handling metrics, customer concerns, and team performance.
• mindset to fix, improve, and scale operations.
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (5 days a week).

You will be the operational captain of the clinic — ensuring that the entire front-of-house and back-end workflow runs smoothly. This role is perfect for senior nurses with emerging leadership experience, BPO team leads ready for a career shift into healthcare, assistant branch managers from retail, pharmacies, diagnostics, or service centers, or HR/Admin supervisors with strong operations and people-management exposure.
