Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• 15+ years in project engineering management with 5–6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multitasking ability.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Leadership to foster relationships with stakeholders and drive business results.
• Excellent communication; proficiency in Visayan and/or Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis of facilities development projects and recommend improvements for functionality, safety and efficiency.
• Define organization charts, staffing, and roles within engineering departments.
• Control workforce histograms and qualifications of project support personnel.
• Manage contract details and participate in vendor/contractor selection.
