<b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b>

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines
• Preferably can start ASAP
• Preferably with MOSH (Medical Occupational Safety & Health) training
• Experience in pre-employment medical examinations (PEME) or occupational health is an advantage
• Familiarity with seafarer and land-based agency requirements and health regulations for overseas work
• Knowledgeable in medical packages, laboratory procedures, and clinical guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with examinees and agency representatives
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information
• Detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Professional, punctual, courteous, and capable of working effectively in a team
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

<b>WORK ACTIVITIES :</b>

<b>TECHNICAL:</b>

• Attending to medical results with findings
• Interviewing examinees
• Giving consultation, prescription, or requesting special diagnostic procedures as needed
• Referring examinees to specialists as necessary
• Evaluating a patient’s symptoms and determining the most appropriate course of treatment
• Prescribing medications in compliance with standards and informing patients of possible risks, complications, and drug interactions
• Supervising and evaluating examinees to ensure full compliance with regulations and effectiveness of care programs
• Consulting patients on proper nutrition, fitness, and hygiene to promote informed health decisions
• Conducting health awareness lectures and seminars for applicants of partner land-based and sea-based agencies, as requested or by invitation, including providing relevant health education and addressing participant concerns; this may be subject to additional compensation
