Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and administrative functions of all clinic branches to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and DOH regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and organizational performance.
• Manage and supervise Clinic Managers, providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure adequate staffing and engagement of qualified physicians, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to meet operational requirements and business targets.
• Monitor clinic performance, operational metrics, patient volume, and revenue generation to achieve company objectives.
• Handle sales and revenue management, including the development and execution of strategies to increase clinic profitability and business growth.
• Identify training and development needs of clinic personnel and recommend programs to enhance service delivery, operational excellence, and patient experience.
• Ensure high standards of patient care is consistently maintained across all clinic branches.
• Oversee branch budgets, resource allocation, procurement, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with DOH regulations, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
• Review and analyze operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Lead special projects, branch expansions, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve patient experience.
