• Lead and coach branch staff to maintain high performance.
• Handle patient inquiries and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow.
• Drive branch sales through customer retention and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient care protocols.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
