Job summary

You will coordinate with LGUs, farmers' associations, and cooperatives, monitor progress, prepare reports, and support training programs on sustainable and climate-smart practices, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with donor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise farming and agricultural project activities, including land preparation, planting, cultivation, and harvesting.
• Coordinate with LGUs, farmers' associations, and cooperatives for permits, technical support, and community engagement.
• Conduct field monitoring and evaluation of project progress, preparing reports and recommendations.
• Assist in developing training programs for farmers on modern, sustainable, and climate-smart farming practices.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to align goals and resolve issues.
• Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for reporting and knowledge-sharing.
