Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, agriculture, or rural development with evidence of building and scaling programs.
• Direct experience managing agricultural field operations in the Philippines, preferably rice.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across provinces and remote farming areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operations roadmap for the Philippines.
• Develop localized farmer onboarding strategies.
• Navigate the carbon regulatory landscape in the Philippines.
• Manage district-specific operational playbooks and training manuals.
