Job summary

Wilserv Multipurpose Cooperative seeks a Farm Operations Supervisor to coordinate with agencies, oversee farm activities, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple locations. The role involves supervising workers, preparing reports, and supporting deployment readiness for July 2026 onward.

Preferred candidates should have corn farming experience, resilience to weather, and strong communication and planning abilities to drive cooperative goals forward.

Qualifications

• Farm work experience, especially corn growth to harvest.
• Ability to endure different weather conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with different agencies for project completion and success (suppliers, farmers, big landowners, workers).
• Oversee the farm operations in handled areas.
• Supervise farm activities and conduct surprise audits.
• Take part in the implementation of cooperative rules and regulations.
• Ensures that team concerns are transmitted properly to head office for proper actions.
• Maintains team morale.
• Gathers necessary data and prepare related reports.
• Attends coordination and alignment conferences.
• Forecast and request manpower requirements.
• Conducts worker evaluations.
• Perform other related function.
