Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related tech field.
• Internship or project in HVAC/R, building systems, or IoT.
• Basic networking concepts (IP, subnets) knowledge.
• Familiarity with data communication protocols like BACnet/Modbus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist setup, config, and onboarding of customer sites into Copeland software.
• Support data collection, validation, and testing for reliable service delivery.
• Help integrate building and refrigeration systems with data sources.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and data quality under guidance.
• Document tech activities and maintain edge devices setups.
• Collaborate with teams for successful deployments.
• Support project execution to meet timelines and quality.
