Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system and service performance across Copeland software and digital platforms; identify issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Review, analyse and validate system-generated insights and alerts to identify actionable opportunities for customers.
  • Support development and maintenance of operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards to track system health and service outcomes.
  • Review data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external site contacts to review, close out, or escalate technical actions.
  • Assist in calculating prospective savings and value metrics based on data and benchmarks.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and software tools to global teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes.
  • Participate in QA activities and peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.

MAIN DUTIES
  • Monitor system and service performance across proprietary Copeland software and digital platforms and support timely issue identification and resolution.
  • Review, analyse and validate system-generated insights and alerts using proprietary Copeland software and digital platforms to identify actionable opportunities for customers.
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards to track system health and service outcomes.
  • Review operational and performance data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external site contacts to review, close out, or escape technical actions and recommendations.
  • Assist in calculating prospective savings and operational value metrics based on system performance data and established benchmarks.
  • Provide data-driven feedback on product performance and software tools to global services and product engineering teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our services and business processes.
  • Participate in recurring QA activities and peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs across all Lifecycle Services workflows.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage tasks and deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards while adhering to company vision, mission, and employee policies.
  • Document and log all technical activities accurately in the designated tracking systems.
  • Perform other operational functions as required to support the broader Lifecycle Services organization.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related technical discipline.
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
  • Internship, academic project, or work experience in technical support, engineering, analytics, or a similar field is an advantage but not required.
  • Exposure to software platforms, automation systems, or analytics tools is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with building systems, refrigeration systems, or industrial operations is an advantage but not required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to collaborate across global teams.
OTHER WORK CONDITIONS
  • Schedule will be 1PM to 10PM, Monday to Friday, but may still have a shifting schedule/weekend work if needed.
  • Must be willing to have a hybrid arrangement and work on-site for thrice per week.
  • Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands
