You will review financial documents, calculate income, and verify employment or rental history with references. Bilingual transfer support may be required during peak times.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service/call center experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Some higher education preferred (Bachelor's degree).

Responsabilidades

• Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and verify information for applicant screening.
