Job summary

WTW in Manila seeks an experienced operations leader for the Client Technology Delivery (CTD) team. You will provide oversight, insights, and risk management to enable effective delivery, talent outcomes, and engagement across colleagues in Manila.

You will serve as a senior developer/analyst for client delivery, manage managers, and partner with CTD leadership on hiring, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure continuity and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience in Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, work cross-functionally, and resolve client delivery challenges.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior management and coach managers.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and driving AI adoption in software delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for CTD in Manila, surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Act as trusted partner to CTD leadership for delivery, talent, and engagement.
• Serve as escalation point for Manila CTD operations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Spend time on client-billable work as needed and drive utilization.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and succession planning with local leadership.
