Job summary

WTW in Manila seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee the Client Technology Delivery (CTD) team. You will partner with CTD leadership to deliver workforce insights, surface risks, and support actions that enable effective delivery and talent outcomes.

This role includes coaching managers, driving engagement, and coordinating with regional leaders on hiring, onboarding, and succession planning, including night-shift coverage for US-based stakeholders and leveraging AI-enabled delivery

Qualifications

Hands-on software development with the listed tech stack.
Proven ability to manage and grow other managers with quality delivery.
Strong diagnostic and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to influence senior management and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to CTD leaders with local insights, risks, trends and opportunities.
Primary escalation point for Manila CTD operational matters and risk mitigation.
Lead client delivery as a senior developer or analyst.
Monitor utilization and collaborate with CTD leadership to optimize resources.
Support hiring, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
Drive AI adoption in software delivery and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with regional stakeholders on engagement and delivery priorities.
