Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees non-clinical staff and Team Leads.
• Provides leadership, oversight and mentoring to Team Leads in decision making.
• Monitors and maintains team compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Allocates resources and responsibilities to deliver results and develop team members.
• Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across areas of influence.
• Works with Operations Leads and is accountable for results of work to Accenture and client.
• Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting and developing new procedures and reporting.
