RunRemote is seeking a Client Success and Fulfilment Coordinator for a Canada-based creator marketing company. This 100% remote, full-time role reports to Canadian hours and is offered as an independent contractor/direct hire in a global remote environment.

You will own post-sale fulfilment, gather campaign details, coordinate across clients and creators, and ensure timely delivery with clear briefs and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate the post-sale fulfilment process from briefing to campaign completion.
• Join client calls with sales to gather information for delivery.
• Coordinate between clients, creators and internal teams across stages.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creators.
• Liaise with creators on scripts, content submissions and timelines.
• Manage script approvals and feedback between creators and clients.
• Schedule filming and ensure campaign timelines and SLAs are met.
• Track submissions, approvals, edits and publishing schedules.
• Keep trackers and systems up to date across campaigns.
• Flag delays and escalate issues; resolve blockers with teams.
• Coordinate reporting to clients and sales representatives.
• Identify process improvements as the business scales.
• Use AI tools to streamline communication and workflows.
• Support occasional EA tasks for the founder (inbox, travel, commissions).

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own and coordinate the post-sale fulfilment process from the initial client briefing through to campaign completion.
• Join client briefing calls with the salesperson and gather all information required to deliver the campaign.
• Coordinate between clients, creators and internal team members throughout each stage of the campaign.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creators.
• Liaise with creators on campaign requirements, creative concepts, scripts, content submissions and timelines.
• Manage the script approval process between creators and clients, ensuring feedback and revisions are communicated clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate filming schedules and ensure agreed campaign timelines and SLAs are met.
• Track content submissions, client approvals, edits and publishing schedules.
• Keep campaign trackers and internal systems up to date across multiple active campaigns.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively flag anything that is falling behind or requires escalation.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and operations to resolve blockers and keep campaigns moving.
• Coordinate campaign reporting and ensure reports are delivered to clients and relevant sales representatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and communication as the business scales.
• Use AI tools to streamline communication, drafting, organisation and day-to-day workflows.
• Support occasional executive assistant tasks for the founder, such as inbox management, travel coordination and monthly commission-related administration.

Skills you have:

• At least 5 years of strong experience in client success, account coordination, project coordination, account management, executive assistance or a similar role.
• Experience working with creators, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a creative agency is highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating content production, campaigns or creative projects.
• Proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Experience with reporting, campaign coordination or client-facing operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating with clients, creators and internal teams.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, approvals, schedules and moving parts at once.
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset, with the ability to keep work moving, anticipate next steps and follow up without constant direction.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to monitor progress, identify delays and elevate issues when needed.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms such as Vendasta, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows, communication and productivity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requests can change quickly.
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and AI tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Able to work North American business hours.
