Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) to deliver competent, caring, fast and accurate service to clients' banking needs in line with the bank's objective of service excellence.

You will handle over-the-counter transactions, assist with documentation, review checks, cross-sell products, refer clients to banking services, and maintain a WOW customer experience across all transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• No work experience required but customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with people from various socio-economic classes.
• Willing to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter transactions including cash and checks.
• Assist UNIPRO with scanning, filing signature cards and other bank documents.
• Review all check transactions and verify notes authenticity.
• Cross-sell to existing branch clients.
• Refer clients with queries to other bank products.
• Deliver a WOW customer experience across all transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
