Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate to deliver competent, caring, fast and accurate service to clients' banking needs in line with the Bank's objective of service excellence.

The role involves processing over-the-counter transactions, assisting with document handling, verifying checks, cross-selling to clients, and referring customers to other products, all while ensuring a WOW customer experience at the branch level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably business-related).
• No work experience required but customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• High initiative and willingness to innovate.
• Ability to work with people from various socio-economic classes.
• Willing to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area.
