Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances, and other duties in line with bank standards.

You will deliver accurate, efficient service to clients, promote bank products when appropriate, and perform additional duties while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The position is onsite in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business.
• At least one year of branch operations experience, but open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the bank's clients; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
