Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Banawe (Quezon City) is seeking a Client Service Associate for pool coverage. The role handles over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and other transactions with accuracy, speed and in line with the bank's standards.

You will deliver front-line service to clients, may promote bank products, and perform end-of-day activities. Compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business preferred).
• At least 1 year in branch operations is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Clear and effective communication is required.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Banawe Area
