Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate-Pool in Angeles City to provide accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions in line with bank standards.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions, deliver friendly customer service, promote bank products and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (per the job listing).
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations is preferred, but fresh graduates may apply.
• Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank products and services
• Performs other duties as required and ensures compliance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga area.
