The Client Service Associate role focuses on accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, etc.) while delivering quality customer service and adhering to regulatory standards. Onsite work in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business preferred).
• At least 1 year of branch operations experience in a bank, but fresh graduates may apply.
• Clear and effective communication skills are required.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities per approved processes and standards.
• Delivers courteous customer service to bank clients and may promote bank products.
• Performs other duties as required by the bank.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Makati area
