Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Makati invites applications for a Client Service Associate responsible for accurate, timely over-the-counter transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances—and ensuring compliance with bank standards.

You will work onsite in the Makati area, engage customers, promote bank products, and perform day-to-day operations under the Branch Banking Group to support reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Business.
• One year of branch operations experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Clear and effective communication required.

• Provides appropriate customer service to bank clients and may promote bank products.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Makati area
