Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applicants for a Client Service Associate to process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions with accuracy and speed.

You will deliver courteous service to clients, promote bank products, perform day-end/start-end activities, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while working onsite in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (preferably Business)
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in branch operations; open to fresh grads
• Required skill: communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite Makati area

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting/offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
