Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines invites applications for a Client Service Associate based in Valencia City, Bukidnon. You will handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments and remittances with accuracy and compliance to bank standards.

You will provide courteous customer service, promote bank products, and support daily branch operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of branch ops experience is a plus. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business or related).
• At least 1 year of branch operations experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities following approved processes.
• Provides customer service and may promote bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required by the branch and ensures policy compliance.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank's products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Valencia City, Bukidnon
