Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig invites a Client Reporting Analyst to join our enterprise client success team. This role focuses on creating, enhancing, and delivering governance, SLA, utilization, and mobile service reports, translating data into actionable insights for improving client delivery.

You will automate processes, document procedures, and collaborate with Client Success and Delivery Managers to drive value for strategic clients within a dynamic telco environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in reporting, BI, or data analysis, preferably ICT/telecom/managed services.
• Experience producing client-facing reports (governance packs, SLA dashboards, utilization reports).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI for analytics.
• Understanding of WAN, SIP, and mobile network statistics.
• ITIL-based environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled governance, service performance, and utilization reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and monitor client health, highlighting risks and trends.
• Analyze outputs to provide insights and recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Ensure reports and tasks are completed accurately within timeframes.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and consistency across outputs.
• Seek process improvements via automation, scripting, or AI tools.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align reporting with business needs.
• Contribute to governance frameworks with timely, data-driven reporting.
• Document processes and update work instructions semi-annually.
