Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Reporting and Insights Analyst to develop automated reports and dashboards for IT services. This onsite, dayshift role partners with service teams to translate data into actionable insights.

You will analyze large datasets, monitor KPIs, and prepare executive-level presentations. Requires 3+ years in data/reporting, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and SQL, with ITIL familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Reporting role within an IT environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Expert-level Excel skills and experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data in the context of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that track KPIs for IT services.
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and areas for service improvement.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with service owners to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Monitor service performance against contractual SLAs and provide early warnings on potential risks.
• Support the Service Management team with ad-hoc data analysis for major incident reviews or audits.

Your Role

• Experience with ITSM reporting modules (e.g., ServiceNow Performance Analytics).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Level Management.
• Previous experience in a Telecommunications or fast-paced technology sector.
