Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests and maintain account data, ensuring loan-related documentary requirements are complete to support creditworthiness analysis.

The role involves coordinating with various units to ensure timely delivery of bank services, and preparing basic analyses to inform decision making. You will also assist in budgeting and handling customer complaints to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or accounting is required or open to fresh graduates.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
