Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests and maintain up-to-date account data. You will help assess loan-related document requirements and analyze client needs to support credit decisions.

You will coordinate with internal units to ensure timely delivery of banking services, prepare basic analyses for client proposals, and assist in budgeting and business planning. You will also address customer concerns and propose practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required or preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Service daily requests of clients and maintain updated data on accounts.
• Ensure completion of loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the management of accounts to ensure delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client proposals to provide inputs on decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
