Job summary

Metrobank in the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests and maintain updated data on accounts, ensuring loan-related documentary requirements are fulfilled to assist in assessing clients' needs and creditworthiness.

You will coordinate with internal units to ensure delivery of bank services and prepare basic analyses to support decision-making, while assisting with budgets and handling customer complaints with proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or accounting; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in data handling or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
