Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Philippines to act as the primary liaison with customers. You will handle inquiries, provide product and policy information, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating records, and delivering timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards. A related degree and 1+ year experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1+ year customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with CRM/ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Address complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Document and endorse customer concerns to the appropriate department.
• Receive and process orders, quotations, and service requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Warehouse, and Service teams.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the system.
• Maintain customer records and transaction history.
• Follow up on concerns to ensure proper resolution.
