Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a diligent Inside Sales Support professional in the Philippines. You will assist Sales Managers, prepare client quotations, and maintain CRM and LIMS data. You will also perform market research and support RFP documentation.

You will interact with ship owners and customers to build relationships and ensure accurate data entry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related science with relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to write and speak clearly, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback.
• Intermediate PC skills including email, Office apps, internet and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inside Sales Managers in compiling documentation and client quotations.
• Enter quotes and RFP information into CRM and update CRM records.
• Update LIMS data for Affiliates and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct market research and assist in lead generation activities.
• Serve as main contact for ship owners and customers requesting SGS services.
• Engage with customers to build relationships based on trust and competence.
• Follow up on older deals and ensure data accuracy in systems.
