Job summary

You will liaise with local suppliers, prepare quotations, process orders and invoices, and support cross-functional teams. Based onsite at Balibago, Angeles City, you will build trusted client relationships, participate in trade shows, and produce accurate reports to Sales Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service and sales.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Proficient in preparing quotations and invoices.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is a top priority and resolve issues within guidelines.
• Provide professional presentations to customers.
• Initiate product development and source new concepts with Operations.
• Maintain and update local supplier database and relationships.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize terms and pricing.
• Process orders and invoices accurately and timely.
• Track orders against contractual obligations and report variances.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and ensure samples/arts for proposals.
• Communicate order status to all departments for timely delivery.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows to build relationships and sales.
