Responsibilities

• Engage clients professionally and discreetly to introduce and close health design medical wellness services.
• Present health design medical wellness services, programs, and packages clearly and confidently.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate wellness solutions in coordination with clinic protocols.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through trust, care, and follow‑through.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices.
• Handle client inquiries, scheduling support, and follow‑ups with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain proper documentation and basic sales reports.
• Uphold clinic standards in appearance, conduct, and client confidentiality.
