Responsibilities

Engage clients professionally and discreetly to introduce and close health design medical wellness services.
Present health design medical wellness services, programs, and packages clearly and confidently.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate wellness solutions in coordination with clinic protocols.
Build long‑term relationships with clients through trust, care, and follow‑through.
Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices.
Handle client inquiries, scheduling support, and follow‑ups with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain proper documentation and basic sales reports.
Uphold clinic standards in appearance, conduct, and client confidentiality.
