Responsibilities

• Perform complex processing tasks and operate multiple client systems with minimal supervision.
• Analyze operational issues, propose solutions, and support procedure development and implementation.
• Communicate with clients via email or conference calls, identify needs, and assist with client management.
• Conduct audits, resolve issues promptly, and help ensure compliance.
• Plan, manage, and deliver training; coach junior trainers.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and support new client or task onboarding.
