Insight Enterprises is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support Account Executives with quoting, ordering, and account management. The role focuses on accurate order processing, pricing, and contract compliance, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Order management and strong background in customer service, operations, IT.
• Experience in CRM tools and strong written and verbal English communication.
• Amenable to work on an EMEA-aligned shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage quoting, ordering and account management for assigned executives or teams.
• Process orders accurately and ensure correct pricing, contracts and deliveries.
• Provide quotes, prepare reports and support collections and returns when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with clients via calls and emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
