Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and respond promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with departments to address requests and resolve issues.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and other concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records and contact information.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, sales orders, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Monitor sales inquiries, leads, and opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, product presentations, and client visits.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales team or management.
