Job summary

Payscale is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding new compensation planning clients. You will handle site creation, discovery, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-past Implementation or data configuration role, preferably in SaaS implementation.
• Experience in discovery and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lead client meetings and apply best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build client sites per specifications on newly signed contracts.
• Lead intake calls when clients are having issues with self-service materials.
• Track self service implementation progress for new customers.
• Provide task-based support to the implementation team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption.
• Establish relationships and ensure open communication across functions.
• Lead by example with a service-first attitude.
