Job summary

DTCC in the Philippines is seeking a Client Account Services Senior Analyst to lead onboarding and lifecycle activities for potential clients. You will drive risk and legal documentation through our portal, perform AML/KYC validations, and manage account changes, mergers, and retirements, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new accounts by managing risk and legal documentation
• Review and accept new sales contracts and amendments for compliance
• Respond to applicants/clients via phone, email, and CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and lifecycle activities run smoothly
• Manage and update data in DTCC systems
• Perform AML and KYC validations for onboarding and refreshes
• Compile reports for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and regulators
• Support new product initiatives impacting client onboarding and lifecycle processes
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Identify process and operational risks and suggest improvements
• Escalate risks appropriately
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and clients
