Job summary

Standard Chartered in Metro Manila is seeking a senior Client Management professional to enhance service delivery for FI/Corporate clients. You will align CCIB strategy, engage with RMs, Product Sales, and Operations to solve client issues, and drive process improvements across the country.

The role requires strong relationship-building, regulatory understanding, and the ability to lead change while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, work collaboratively to deliver client service while balancing robust operational management.
• Ability to directly influence stakeholders across value chain to secure resources and buy-in required to deliver operational and client service targets.
• Ability to understand and derive insights from MIS and performance data.
• Strong drive to deliver and maintain high quality client outcomes.
• Superior communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: drive changes, ensure scalable client management models, align with business priorities.
• Business: liaise with units and partners to capture opportunities and support regulatory/audit requests.
• Processes: manage relationships, deliver quality and risk standards, ensure timely escalations.
• Governance: maintain controls, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory & Conduct: uphold ethics and group conduct principles across client management.
