Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a capable Survey Support Specialist for a 1-year contract (renewable) based near Raffles Place, Singapore. Salary up to SGD 3,100 monthly, workdays Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6pm or 9am–6:30pm.

You will target potential clients, build relationships, gather info, and ensure KPIs are met while collaborating with the team on survey strategies. Diploma/degree with 3+ years' experience and strong Excel/communication skills are required.

• Diploma or degree with 3 years relevant experience
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident, persuasive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist survey participants effectively
• Experience in survey administration/market research/PR/telemarketing/HR is a plus
• Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs
• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication and internet browsing

Responsibilities

• Target potential clients through calls/site visits for info gathering
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and develop new survey strategy opportunities
• Communicate survey value clearly to respondents
• Collect and verify survey responses via calls, emails, visits
• Input accurate response data
• Report customer feedback and industry insights
• Collaborate with team for cohesive client/survey approach
