Job summary

You will present and sell to existing and prospective clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and develop new accounts while coordinating with marketing, product, and other teams. The role involves visiting clients per itinerary, promoting new products, coordinating book fairs, and ensuring timely reporting of activities to the superior.

Responsibilities

• Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Presents, promotes and sells products, both print and digital, to existing and prospective clients.
• Establishes, builds and maintains positive business and client relationships.
• Develops new accounts and sustains existing accounts.
• Visits clients based on approved itinerary for follow-up, promotion of new products, and strengthening client relations.
• Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments, e.g. Marketing, Product, IMD and CCD.
• Initiates the conduct of book fairs.
• Prepares and submits three-month itinerary and actual activities.
• Submits textbook adoption form to immediate superior.
